Description:A black obsidian draconic idol mask, Darkness is not composed of a large body seemingly. His eyes are forged of emerald and his mask crowned with a blood ruby. His body changes on a whim, becoming whoever he likes, for the purpose of corrupting others. However, he does seem to prefer gawdy leather fashion with huge shoulders and sleeves, giving him an evil noir/action hero villainous air.
Personality: A liar, fraud, and hack. People speak of the concept of the Devil around the world, but when they speak of the Devil, this entity is the one they probably mean. A profiteer by trade and a charlton by nature, Darkness, a poorly named devil amongst men, will do anything to corrupt the innocent for the purpose of his mysterious ultimate plans. He enjoys pain, he prefers misery, and he loves the power of a Darkness Game, his very presence seemingly capable of creating them. Darkness also shows a genius level of intelligence and planning, capable of juggling almost multiple plans and schemes at once. However, Darkness's major shining flaw is the fact he concentrates on the darkness of the human heart, tending to forget the capacity for human morality and selfless kindness that the human heart can create. However, Darkness doesn't seem to be put off as his plans fold in on themselves, rather he seems excited, most of the time, claiming that everything is Hitsuzen, leading up to a miraculous moment in human history, that may just end them once and for all...
History: Not much is known about the mysterious and sinister Darkness, but these are the facts of his existence:
- He made a contract with Fujiwara Yusuke at one point, which he quickly broke to take control of Tenjouin Fubuki.
- For nearly a year, seemingly, Fubuki was bonded to Darkness. During that year, Fubuki lost his memories.
- Darkness was the first Seven Stars assassin sent out by Kagemaru to take the keys to the Sangenma.
- Darkness challenged Yuuki Juudai to a Darkness Game with a Soul Prison Penalty Game.
- Darkness lost, seemingly, and was trapped in a card.
- Darkness reappeared late in the end game of a duel between Fubuki and Hell Kaiser Ryou, overloading Fubuki with dark power, as Fubuki learned Ryou wasn't corrupted by evil, but had become a cruel person out of moral choice. Fubuki then became the embodiment of Darkness, but was swiftly defeated by Cyberdark Dragon.
- Darkness then mysteriously reappeared at the beginning of the fourth year, out of nowhere, and abducted Manjoume and brought him back to Duel Academia.
- He's a dick.
Abilities: Capable of creating Darkness Games without the aid of a Dark Item or Millenium Item or other outside source or aid. Seemingly capable of granting wishes to people at great emotional, mental, and personal cost to the wisher, but unknown if these are wishes. Capable of transforming his bodily construct into whatever form he needs at the moment. Capable of infecting people with evil spirits. Source of these powers is unknown.
